Farewell
‘Tick Tock Time’s up now’,
she mumbles, listening to the soft voices of the night while standing at the top of that roof.
She bends and takes the girl to her feet, lifts her up.
‘Don’t cry, my Dear, everything is fine, believe me’, she smiles and kisses her tenderly.
She grabs the girl’s hips and puts her to the banisters.
‘Farewell, my love’, she whispers watching the screaming girl fall.
‘I love you, my daughter.’
